We assist foreign entities to establish presence in India through a liaison office, branch office, project office, through a subsidiary company, a joint venture company or an export oriented unit. Post establishment of presence in India, we also provide assistance on regulatory issues and filings, compliance reviews, maintenance of statutory records and commercial documentation, and establishing a framework for corporate governance and operations with requisite control mechanisms and exit options.
We advise on and represent before statutory bodies like Secretariat for Industrial Assistance, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Finance and other administrative Ministries, Reserve Bank of India, Stock Exchanges for obtaining requisite approvals, including those for external commercial borrowings, equity investments and capital market transactions.
